On, July 7, I had LASIK Vision Corrective Surgery. On, July 8, when I woke up I could see... it was awesome.
The pre-op and post op of the surgery took longer than the actual process. No pain, the worst part is smelling your eye burning.
My eye was healing real well, but of course, I do stuff to fuck it up. On Sunday, I was assembling boxes I bought from Staples for my move. As I was seperating the perferated edge, the box snapped up and I hit myself square on the left eye. It was very blury, and I had trouble seeing. Got really scared, so i decided to go to the emergency on call doctor.
Luckily, I only scratched my cornea.. nothing major, just had to be put on an anti-biotic to prevent infection, but it was a scary experience.
My dad who waited for me got to see the whole surgery on a TV screen. I wanted a copy of it, but they don't record the process.
