Seriously, if this is not the pinnacle of Emma Stone's acting career...no. It is. I will not be convinced otherwise. Just accept that watching this video is seeing the best acting of this or any other generation. Hell yeah.
I had planned to say other negative things, but I am just not feeling well right now, fellers. I just got back from the other side of the state, where I gave a talk on spotted lanternfly. Unfortunately, my social anxiety was acting up, so I forgot my suitcase in my personal vehicle when I got into the work vehicle to drive out there. [NOTE: This was completely a case of karma biting me in the butt, because a few weeks ago, a co-worker who was headed out to Ocean City for the fire ant survey had to turn around part way to OC because he forgot his suitcase in his car, which I ribbed him about. I got what I deserve.] This meant I left my medication behind as well, so I had to go without for three days. Let me tell you fellers right now: if you are ever on a medication, and your doctor tells you that to get off it, your should taper down your dose, because just stopping taking it is a bad idea...it's probably true. I only stopped for three days, and I am feeling all sorts of not right. Hopefully things will be better tomorrow. I had plans to do some of the work that I can from home, because I have two vet appointments to take care of, and wasn't going to be able to be at work much tomorrow anyways, but now I don't know how much work I will actually get done. Not looking good to go to work though.
Ok, I spent the day today driving across the state, so i listened to a lot of music, so I will give you all a quick song of the day, and then I will pass out in bed. Iron Maiden's classic hit "Bring Your Daughter To The Slaughter". It contains the line "Bite your pillow make no sound", which is a pretty good line.
I need to figure out how to make the sound my phone makes when I get a text message be "Hell yeah!" from the video. Anyone that thinks that they can figure out how to make that happen will be my personal hero.
Anyways, I will leave you with the wise wise words I heard once in a video on Youtube. I believe the person who I heard say this was not the original person who said it, but it is something that has stuck with me ever since: "It's like I always say: 'Appreciate what you what , be are the make you appreciate what you dad."

Oh, the original is definitely better than the sequel. Although, I did chuckle a bit at the thesis joke. And I think that SNL has long depended on repetition, but sometimes it does work out for them. I mean, how many people complain about the constant stream of Trump skits? Granted, there's always new material to work from, but a good few of the jokes are just variations on the same themes.
Yeah, I didn't get much work done that day, but I am getting back into the swing of things now. I am mostly better, but it does make me wonder. I have only really gotten minimal gains from taking it, so maybe I do need to taper off and try something else.
I just realized I probably flaked on a bunch of concerts. I have been running around lately, so I tend to forget. Ooops and sorry all!

That SNL video is great, Aaron! I wondered if the show did what it typically does, churning out stale repeats of the same sketch, and sure enough, there's a sequel. The original is definitely better, though. Hell yeah.
Sorry to hear about your (hopefully brief) illness from missing the medication. I've been there. It's unpleasant, and even though you know the medicine is good for you, it makes you question whether you should be in the position of being so dependent on it.
